  Excellent customer service and amazing products delivery! I ordered some items online as i live in Sydney. The products arrived extremely well packaged and there was an issue with my delivery and i was able to jump on the phone and Salon Style quickly called AUS post and sorted it out, but were more than happy to rectify the issue if AUS post couldn't. Will definitely be placing more orders in the future!

  Awful buying experience. They don't know how to adequately prepare items for delivery. Items arrived broken, leaked and damaged. Items were just loose in the box, never stood a chance to survive the freight.

  I haven't been to SA personally, but they are very good and honest; the problem here lies in the fact that not all items have ingredients listed. They have Australian-made products, organic stuff, and the legendary Olaplex Hair Perfector Number 3 is available here. Super fast shipping and they have a good live chat system that did not crash even with me switching through pages of links. Thumbs up to a staff member named Steve for verifying me and recommending products for my oily scalp and hard to tame hair.
